Welcome to Greenweeks 2009
Welcome to Greenweeks '09, happening from Saturday 23 May to Sunday 14 June. During Greenweeks 2009 we are aiming to help people throughout Nottinghamshire find ways to reduce their carbon footprint.
We have over 100 events taking place this year all over Nottinghamshire. Visit the view all events section to find an event near you.

Sounds on the Downs Thursday, 11 June 2009 The Downs, University of Nottingham, Nottingham Sounds on the Downs is a free music and arts festival which marries a message of peace and environmental & social awareness with a party atmosphere! The festival is open to students, local residents, the young and the old and follows a hugely succcesful event last year. There'll be: --LIVE MUSIC a main stage AND an acoustic tent --FACEPAINTING AND BODY ART --LIVE GRAFFITI ARTISTS --DJ's --LOCAL FOOD FAIR --CHILLOUT AREA --WORKSHOPS --SWAP SHOP --CREATIVE/ARTS AREA --CIRCUS SKILLS AND GAMES . . .
